Rochana has over 30 years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. In her early career she worked in secure units, acute psychiatric wards and rehabilitation wards in NHS hospitals. Towards the latter parts of her career she moved on from of hospital work to focus on the community. During which time she practiced as a Community Mental Health Nurse. Additionally, she took on extra roles such as Lead Nurse in a Clozapine clinic.
